Seasonal information

Spring wedding menus will typically include fresh asparagus and greens, salmon, lamb, and wild mushrooms as the seasonal highlights, along with other dishes.

Summer wedding menus enjoy the greatest variety as nearly everything is in season, with the highlights being heirloom tomatoes, cherries, apricots, peaches, and local berries.

Fall weddings feature our region’s most important crops in the many varieties of apples and pears available, along with squash, pork, and all the other dishes that make this season so incredible in our region.
