At Celilo Restaurant and Bar, we promote and preserve the local food economy
through our commitment to local vendors and sustainable business practices.
Ad an extension to our food philosophy, the interior space at Celilo was
crafted by local artisans and craftsmen. Celilo is a LEED compliant business.
Almost all elements of construction were regionally sourced and all major
wood elements were recycled or certified. We know the warm ambiance we’ve
created will serve as an inviting venue for your special event. We have
several reservation options for you to choose from:
Reserve the Restaurant. Celilo is available as a private venue
for parties of up to 80 guests. With this option, we will close the entire
restaurant to the general public for the day or evening. You will have
access to all of Celilo’s amenities, including a four course menu,
a full staff of servers and bartenders, our i-pod compatible sound system,
tables, chairs, flatware, plateware and glassware. We will be happy to
help you make arrangements with florists and musicians to make your special
event a truly memorable occasion.
Reserve a Table. Let Celilo help you host a luncheon or dinner
party. For gatherings of 22 or under, you may make a reservation for lunch
or dinner. We will compose a prix fixe menu customized to suit your preferences
and/or your dietary needs.
Off-Site Catering
Most off-site events are to commemorate big milestones in the lives of
our clients. These events represent lots of time, energy and money. Celilo
honors this investment with great care and as much individual attention
as possible. Our catering coordinator, Melinda Springer, works closely
with clients throughout the planning process and brings years of event
coordination experience to each special event. We have a great relationship
with many venues throughout the Columbia Gorge, and can recommend places
based on your site requirements.

did catering our wedding! Everyone loved the food and was very impressed
by the presentation and the attentiveness of your staff. Melinda, working
with you was one of the highlights of the wedding process. Your calm organization,
eye for details and responsiveness to our every concern or desire made
